About Cassie

Childcare/role modeling experience: I have babysat for many years off and on., I have done one full summer for our neighbors, occasionally over-nighter for my cousin's kids as well as watching my two younger brothers. One other experience that I enjoyed was when I took care of my Grandpa. I cared very deeply about it and enjoyed every minute of it. I loved helping him, as I love and enjoy helping anyone. I helped him get ready, take him to doctor appointments, made him lunch and gave him his medication and vitamins. He since has passed away, but I am so glad that I had the opportunity to make an impact and to make him feel better, as he appreciated my help, because he always made sure I knew it. I look at that experience now as it motivates me to wanting to help and take care of people. I knew I made the right decision to help him out because whenever we went somewhere and he knew someone, he always bragged about how well I I took care of him, best feeling ever. I recently have been completing my field experiences as I pursue my educational studies. I love being in the classroom as it excites me for my future career. I have been in 3 different schools so far for my clinical.
