About Catharine

My name is Cat and I have done some on and off babysitting throughout the years. I also spent a lot of time babysitting my little sister, who is 6 years younger than me. She sparked my passion for working with kids. I spent one summer as a nanny for a 6-year-old of a single mother and another with a 2-year-old and 4-year-old. I also have a lot of experience part-time nanny for my niece starting at 1mo. I am very comfortable helping with Math, science, reading, writing, and music. I can provide tutoring for a current class or work with the parent to set goals for the child's learning at home. I pride myself on finding fun, crafty, and creative ways to explore school in a hands-on experience. I believe that with dedication, we can inspire kids to find what they love and pursue it.
