Hi, I am originally from Ireland. I have lived in Walnut Creek for 37 years with my husband of 38 years. We have two sons that have both graduated from UCLA and UCSB. Our older son attended Santa Clara law school and is now a practicing attorney in SF. Our younger son did his Post Bac training at the Mayo Clinic and is completing his PHD/MD program next year. I am a former preschool teacher and I have experience with children ranging from newborns through the age of 6. My specialized units are in the development of infants and toddlers. I absolutely LOVE my job and I bring a lot of experience and teaching with me in my day to day interactions with the children in my care. Catherine was an absolute joy to work with! She cared for our two-year-old daughter for five months while our regular nanny was on maternity leave. Catherine transitioned seamlessly into the role. She easily mastered our daughter's routine, taking her to all of her classes, the park, storytime, etc. Our daughter loves spending time with Catherine. She has learned so much and really blossomed under Catherine's care. We cannot say enough about how dependable, kind, patient, and thoughtful Catherine is. We always knew that our daughter was safe and happy with Catherine. We wish we could keep working with her full-time and would recommend her in a heartbeat!
