About Christina

Looking to tutor K-5. I am energetic, enthusiastic, and responsible. I thoroughly enjoy working with students and seeing them grow and thrive by providing an environment of positive reinforcement, patience, and understanding. I have been teaching for 24 years which includes 8 years of homeschooling my own children from preschool to 6th grade. They are all now college graduates working in their field of study. In my spare time, I like to read, bike ride, and play tennis. One thing you should know about me is that I am very driven. I am a self starter and always complete the task at hand. My skills include teaching, tutoring, care giving, and coaching. Most importantly, I know that building bonds of trust and mutual respect will always allow students to achieve their highest level of success, not only academically, but beyond their classrooms.
