Christopher expressed a deep interest in role and then when we tried to reconvene follow-up calls or video interviews, we heard nothing back nor to our texts. If the role requires both someone with professional expertise but also acumen and follow-up, I would be concerned to consider someone who isn't even able to conduct a courtesy follow-up.
