Hi! I'm Christy & I have 9 years professional childcare experience. I am from Boston but have now relocated to Portland. Bachelor's in Early Childhood Ed and Master's in Elementary Ed. I hold teaching licenses in Elementary 1-6, Moderate Disabilities K-8, and Theater K-12. 9 Years professional nannying experience with school aged children including drop-off/pickup and overnight care, meals, homework help, and general household work; 3 years as public school teacher of students in Grades 1-4; extensive experience with students with disabilities, particularly with Autism and Behavioral needs, as well as ELLs. Previously a toddler teacher. Comfortable with caring for most pets, and enjoy expanding my service beyond childcare (errands, housework, laundry, meals, and other tasks welcomed!)
