I hired her asked her desired pay range and offered her above her desired hourly rate. Right before she's about to tutor my son for the weekend she cancels with a car accident. I showed sympathy and offered her free fixing of her car at a local dealership that my friend works who handles Japanese, German, American and British cars. She then said she couldn't come later. Shortly later she said she couldn't come at all. Last minute cancellation, a huge inconvenience and a let down.
