About Claire

I am currently an Early Education major with a focus in Child Development! I have always loved working with children, as they have such an interesting outlook on life and I think adults can often learn just as much from children as they learn from us. I believe in creating meaningful relationships with the children I work with and supporting their development in a way individually suited for them, as all children are unique. My child care experience includes: 2 years working in a musical theater summer camp with children from age 5-14, working in a pre-school learning center on campus, nannying a few times for a family of 3 boys ranging from age 3-9, babysitting my neighbors two young children. I have been responsible for keeping the children safe and meeting their needs throughout the day, as well as keeping them fed, active, bathed, and putting them to bed.
