About Clara

I have been babysitting for numerous families since the age of 13, including families with multiples, with disabilities, and those who just need a little more special attention :). A little about me: I grew up in Michigan and throughout high school I worked in a local day care part time. I moved to California for University, and recently graduated with a degree in Marine Biology. I am back in Michigan now and taking some time off to apply for graduate schools! Although I thrive in the sciences, I am very passionate about creativity and imagination. Spending time with children being silly and exploring into their minds fills my heart. I am a hands on babysitter, if they are coloring I am coloring, if they are on the floor acting like a lizard then I am on the floor acting like a lizard. I like to build trust as their friend while still maintaining their schedule, structure, and respecting rules and consequences.
