I have worked as a caregiver for over 5 yrs. I have experience with individuals that are elderly, as well as individuals that have special needs such as: limited to wheelchair, mental disabilities, speech impediments, as well other physical impairments that causes an individual to need extreme care. As a worker, I enjoy providing ultimate care by providing exemplary customer service. I believe that every individual should be treated fairly and justly. One of my strengths as a caregiver is companionship. I believe that this makes the difference between average caretakers and above average caretakers. I provide a full range of services and I believe in assisting the client in helping themselves as much as possible so that they can feel a sense of accomplishment as well as autonomy within their own lives.
