About Courteney

Hi! I'm Courteney! I'm 28 years old and have been living in Alaska on and off since I was 4. I started babysitting at 13. When I was 16 I volunteered at a daycare for the employees of a hospital. I also volunteered at the Children's Hospital. All throughout High school I was very passionate about helping kids with cancer. I often helped in the nursery at my church as well. When I was 19 I was a nanny in New York and that was so much fun. I've always loved kids and have been very good with them. I later nannied twins here in Alaska and that was a challenge but I absolutely loved it. I nannied for a family that had 4 girls. I've babysat for countless families. I was a missionary in Guatemala for awhile and taught kids English at the school. Being able to love on those kids and do what I could to help was an incredible experience. I'm very creative so I love putting together different crafts and fun activities.
