Courtney took care of my twin boys full time and was outstandingly helpful. My husband and I both had full time jobs that demanded long hours. Courtney helped us get the twins on a regular nap schedule that allowed us to work a bit longer every day after she left. She was very sweet with our babies. She read to them all the time, took them to the park every day, taught them to walk, talked to them, did arts and crafts with them, found story time and sign language classes at the library and took them. In addition, she kept the house in order and everything stocked and took care of all the laundry and bottles and kitchen trash so we had few chores to worry about after a long day or work. She was always easy to talk to and open to feedback. She's a mother to toddlers who older and she would share with us experience with her own sons so we know what to expect. As first time parents we were often overly worried about things like feeding solids and she reassured us it was normal. We had to part ways due to daycare waitlist openings but we and our babies will miss her very much.
