About Courtney

Hi! My name is Courtney and I attend Florida State! I graduated from bishop Verot Catholic High School in Fort Myers! I played softball all 4 years, and I love being active! I was involved in both National Honor Society and the Science Honor Society as well! I'm now a sophomore majoring in biology at FSU! I have three siblings, and I worked at an after-school care company in Cape Coral for a year and I loved being around the kids. There I watched a group of 8-15 children by myself that ranged from all ages, entertained them with games and challenges, assisted in the taekwondo classes offered, helped children develop their self-control and learning skills, and assisted children with homework from grades pre-k to 8th! I'm also comfortable with all kinds of animals, as my family has two big dogs, fish, two turtles, a bird, and a bearded dragon! I also currently work with a family that has two toddlers for the last 2 years, so i'm very comfortable working with younger children!
