I have apx. 12 years of paid experience working with children, six of them as an elementary teacher in both regular & special ed. I have experience as a nanny. I have been a stay-at-home, home-schooling mom for 21 yrs. I have cared for other children in my home, integrating them into our home. I have lots of volunteer experience with children: Children's Ministry Leader, VBS Leader, Leader of Kindergarten dept. at church, Asst. Kindergarten Leader at Camp meeting & worked with the 3-5 yr old at seminars in both Phoenix & Houston. The highlights of our home were family worship, reading lots of stories, going on field trips, & singing. Played in the creek, climbed trees, played hide & seek, and hunted for fossils & arrowheads. As a nanny, I loved reading and telling stories to the children. Went to the park & floated acorn boats down the creek. Visited a fire station. I enjoy encouraging curiosity & a love for learning.

Cindy has been a wonderful nanny to our son since he was 2 months old, he is now 19 months. The only reason she is no longer with us is I decided to stay home with my son for a few years. She is playful, patient, and comforting with my son. She is trustworthy and dependable. Always on time. If you have your child on a schedule or ask her to focus on something, it will be followed exactly. She offered many helpful suggestions when I asked. We highly recommend Cindy!
