Daniela has been the best addition to our family! First, she's extremely punctual, dependable & communicative. In almost a year, she has always shown up on time and has helped us with any additional hours or weeknight/weekend babysitting. In addition and most importantly, Daniela is great with our 2 boys. She's able to balance the differing needs of both a 3 and a 5 year old, while being very patient and making the days fun. She also has a calm demeanor which has been great for our rambunctious kids. We trust Daniela completely with our boys, whether picking them up from school, driving them to different activities (piano, climbing, life-ki-do) or the library, walking to the playground, and even going out to dinner. Daniela is also very organized, takes direction well and takes initiative. e.g, when they get home from school she washes the boys lunch boxes even without our asking, and if we get home past 7 has already gotten the boys into their PJs. She's a gem!
