My name is Dan, and I love animals of all kinds. Having an animal companion ads a quality of joy to life that I'd never want to go without. Some years ago my wife and I adopted a kitten, Luna. We took care of Luna her whole life - providing love, attention, the necessities of a healthy life, and medical help when she needed it. In turn, Luna gave us love and a great need to care for our animal friends in general. Since her passing at 13 years old, we have adopted two kittens - Ezra and Boba. In them, our love of Luna lives on in new and exciting ways. They are now about 3 years old and are thriving - each with his own personality. In addition to the experiences above, I love and am capable with dogs. I've been a dog sitter for friends and family many times. I've sat for dogs big and small - from Terriers to German Shepherds and Black Labs. I feel comfortable around dogs in general, and have a good sense of their needs.
