Growing up, I knew I wanted to work with children in some capacity, as I have always loved babysitting. After graduating from UT Austin with a bachelor's degree in Human Development, I got my first job in Applied Behavior Analysis as a registered behavior technician. I instantly fell in love with the field and decided to pursue a career as a Behavior Analyst. I have worked with children between the ages of 2-12 with ASD since 2015. At first, I directly implemented programming but now oversee programs and provide training to technicians on how to implement programs. I would love the opportunity to provide occasional babysitting services outside of my work hours to children with or without ASD.
