Few things make me more excited than seeing a pet excited to see me, so doing whatever I can to make a pet comfortable is always a top priority. I take owner's instructions very seriously, and appreciate as many dos and don'ts as can be provided. I'm happy to be as lax or as firm as instructed-- everyone cares for their pets differently, and I try to match that.
