18 May 2024 Re: Dean C To whom it may concern: This letter is in reference to Mr. Dean C. During my career as a CEO of an engineering firm, I have had an opportunity to hire and manage hundreds of technical people and support staff, and, as my company grew, I also found it necessary to sometimes be critical of their performance. Dean would have been a welcome addition to my firm, requiring little encouragement or guidance. Dean is my brother-in-law, and I have known him for more than 30 years. He is a well-respected and dependable gentleman who is always an asset to any corporate or social endeavor. He is honest and friendly, an engaging conversationalist, and invariably helpful. I have observed Dean in many different social environments. He is always a joy to be around, and goes out of his way to meet new people and welcome old friends and family. In particular, Dean is sensitive and responsive to people’s problems and concerns. Additionally, he is always the first to volunteer for any work that needs to be done. For example, wherever they have lived, Dean makes friends throughout the neighborhood, and, whenever folks are in need (particularly the elderly or disabled), he volunteers to help. I have also had the opportunity to observe Dean at work, and to meet several of his working peers and managers. I have always found them to be quick to affirm that he is a pleasure to work with. They judge him to be friendly, dedicated, and competent, and a valuable addition to any work situation. I am pleased to offer Dean my highest recommendation. Any company or person would be fortunate to add Dean to their workforce.
