About Deanna

In my various childcare roles, I have gained valuable experience and developed a strong set of skills. For years, I provided consistent care for my younger cousins and niece ages 1, 5 and 8, creating a structured and engaging environment with activities like arts and crafts, reading, and outdoor play. This role was immensely rewarding, allowing me to support their growth and learning as well as managing essential tasks such as feeding, diaper changes, and maintaining her sleep routine. This hands-on experience has been deeply fulfilling, as I've witnessed her developmental milestones. This role has deepened my patience, enhanced my ability to communicate, and to motivate and inspire a group. These diverse experiences have equipped me with the skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain a safe and engaging environment, and adapt to the unique needs of each child, making me a dependable and effective caregiver and role model.
