About Deanna

I am a paramedic by trade, and I am looking for a change of pace. Life is short, and I want to enjoy the rest of mine. I enjoy the outdoors. I hunt and fish. I also enjoy hiking and biking, going to the beach, and just exploring. I am like a kid. I love crafts and baking. I have chickens at home. I have a huge garden and lots of fruit trees and even a small vineyard. I read and write and am in the process of starting a blog called The Happy Homesteader. I just love having fun. In the winter, I go ice fishing, snowmobiling, and skiing. I love to learn new things and skills, which is why I have taken on learning how to grow grapes and make wine. My nights are spent sitting around a campfire and looking up at the stars or reading a good book in front of the wood stove. I go to the YMCA almost daily and do yoga and swim. And do not forget to pray. It's how I start every day. I enjoy simplicity, and I love helping others. I look forward to meeting and helping you soon. Goodbye
