Hi! My name is Delaney, I am new to Oregon and currently work as a store manager at Nike! As much as I love my work kiddos, I miss my kiddos from nannying the most! I am looking to help impact a family's life in a positive way and just hopefully provide a sense of relief for parents to know their little ones are in goodI have worked with a variety of ages and personalities. I worked as an ABA therapist for two years where I would provide support to children with dissabilities and would work through programs, create behavioral strategies, and improve their social skills. I was also a site director at YMCA for two years working with ages 7-13, and have been a nanny for eight years and love the families and kids I have watched. I have been a nanny for infants all the way up to teens :). I have my associates in psychology and graduated Sonoma State with my communications degree.
