About Delly

I am a compassionate, trustworthy and a dependable aide. I have worked as an aide for the past 14 years. My clients and their family would appreciate my job as an aide and the agencies I have worked could attest to this. I really care for my clients and do what is best for them . I can open a conversation, do exercises( which is my passion)I try to adjust to everyone's interest and make their lives more interesting, happy and meaningful.. I make suggestions if deemed necessary. I am very confident with my job through my experience, but learning is a never ending process, since each individual is different in terms of their condition, personality and situation they are in. I had 3 clients to whom I have worked for over 5 years, this is how long the client and me gets along. I am hoping to find one that would appreciate my help as an aide.
