About Denise

I have been teaching 26 years. I strive to create a space for each of my students that is dynamic, inspirational, and feels safe to take risks. It is a place where academic growth and social/emotional growth of each individual is supported and encouraged. No matter which subject is being taught, the ultimate goal of each learning experience is No matter what, where, or who I am teaching, my job has been to get to know my students as individuals, discover their unique learning styles, and get in touch with what inspires them. The ultimate goal of each learning experience is to have content, engaged students working to their potential. Without these key ingredients, there can't be the exchange that needs to take place for meaningful learning.
