About Destiny

I love working with kids because I love seeing those "firsts." This can be that first smile, to their first words, to understanding how to measure out flour when baking. It is all completely magic. I started working with kids when I was offered a job through a private school, as a lead teacher. From there I became a lead nursery leader, gym teacher (ages 5-8 yrs), private nanny, and a registered DSP through Rever Grand. I became a Newborn Care Specialist in 2021 and am now studying to became a certified nutritionist to help aid in my profession as a nanny. My skills include sign language/ toddler language development, teaching skills for toddlers (color recognition, animal recognition, sensory exploration), cooking/ meal prep, cleaning, potty training, developmental milestone advancement, etc. I love the outdoors and creating daily arts and crafts to do each day with my nanny kiddos, as well as planning fun "field trips" to the Zoo, OMSI, etc.
