My CNA license has recently not been renewed due to my love of working as a personal caregiver instead of working in a skilled health care facility because my heart and joy belongs in the homecare setting. I have experience with working in a hospital setting, many years in a skilled health care facility, working for a skilled homecare agency, and many years as working as a caregiver in private homecare.

Dezaray is HANDS DOWN one of the absolute BEST caregivers I have ever hired. She has one of the kindest and biggest hearts, which means she’s always invested in the client and their well-being. She is remarkably thorough and never cuts corners. One area where she really stands out is that she is always punctual, reliable, and dependable. Not only does she ALWAYS show up for her shifts, but she frequently picks up shifts for others as well. I have been in a wheelchair for 10 years due to a spinal cord injury. As a quadriplegic, it is extremely important for me to find trustworthy individuals that I feel comfortable being alone with and for my personal cares. Dez has always done her best to help maintain my dignity while she assist me with my activities of daily living. Quite simply, I cannot imagine living with my disability without Dez and other caregivers that have proven to be as dedicated as her. She has happily become a part of my family. You would be lucky to hire someone who goes above and beyond so consistently the way that Dezaray does!
