Diana is awesome! She's dependable and positive, and brings a calm and competent vibe to the job. We hired her as one of our go-to babysitters for our toddler, and she was really good at "seeing" him -- understanding his temperament and needs and responding to them. We'd hire her again in an instant if she were still in our area!
