My wife and I interviewed Diane to help out with our 3 YO daughter and planned on hiring her; however, our family unexpectedly offered to help out, so we did not end up needing her. We did have lengthy e-mail/text conversations with her, had her over for dinner/playtime with our daughter, called her references, and ran a background/DMV check on her (crystal clear). Diane was punctual, polite, incredibly nice, easy to talk to, understanding, patient, and was great with our daughter. Her background makes her a perfect candidate. Despite only knowing her a short time, it was clear she would be a trustworthy, loving, wonderful caregiver. I highly recommend her.
