The first concern was when we agreed on an in person interview between 3 and 4 and she showed at 4:10. On her second day she showed up 15 minutes late and blamed traffic on a Saturday. My son is very happy, energetic loves playing with his toys, reading, chasing the dogs, and being outside. Therefore, being that my son is slightly speech delayed I asked her not to use the TV but instead work on his word association as she mentioned she has that experience. The TV was on both of the days she worked when I returned home. She quit on a Sunday when she was supposed to be there the next day and told me she found a full time position. Did not even give 24 hours notice. The following week after she quit she reapplied to my posted position. My two year old son took to her and lovingly welcomed her which is why she received a second star
