As a 24 caregiver and medical assistant student, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of young minds. With three years of experience in childcare, I've had the privilege of positively impacting the lives of children. My patient, creative, and friendly nature allows me to easily connect with children and build a trusting relationship. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in transparent and regular updates. I follow their preferred method of communication, whether it's verbal conversations during pickup, text messages, or phone calls. Regarding household rules, I prioritize following the parents' lead to ensure consistency and respect for their parenting style. My approach to playtime includes a variety of activities, from outdoor sports and physical games that encourage physical development to board games and puzzles that stimulate cognitive skills. I also enjoy incorporating educational games that make learning fun and engaging.
