I recently had to have my 14 1/2 yr old Shih Tzu, Sophie, put down, she was my constant companion and, needless to say, I miss her terribly. I have decided not to get another dog and dedicate my love for dogs to caring for others' fur babies. Although I have no "paid" experience, I have many years of lovingly caring for my own dogs. Over my lifetime, our family has had many wonderful dogs, including a schnauzer, two dobermans, two black labs, a beagle and a couple of mixed breeds. I would love the opportunity to care for and love your dog just like I did my little Sophie.
