About Edward

I am an experienced High School math teacher and tutor and a recipient of the Math for America fellowship. I have worked with students from 6th grade all the way to college, in subjects including, pre algebra, Algebra 1 and 2, pre calculus, calculus and statistics. I am an IB math teacher and I have experience tutoring students in both public and private schools throughout the city. I offer a complimentary 1 hour tutoring session. A successful tutoring relationship is built on the right fit between tutor and tutee, and a free tutoring session will allow you and your student to confirm that I am the right fit. All of my students receive a complimentary cognitive test to determine areas of strength and develop the correct support strategies. I continuously work on developing and improving my content knowledge and teaching strategies so as to provide the best possible support to my students.
