About Eileen

Hi! I was a full time junior high science teacher until 2018 (16 years). Now I tutor all subjects in elementary, but I specialize in science for jr high students. I also teach STEM classes online and in-person for homeschooled children. Most often I am hired to work with students who have trouble focusing (ADHD) or who need help in reading comprehension. I have successfully tutored students with speech apraxia and stuttering issues. I am occasionally asked to help with test prep or GED prep. The reason I'm successful is because I am experienced and I customize each session to meet your child's needs. I work with him, get him engaged in the process and we figure out together what's holding him back. Online Sessions: 30 min, $35 ea 60 min, $65 ea In-Person Sessions: 60 min, $100 ea I also offer larger packages with discounts up to 20% off.
