As a caregiver I have experience preparing meals, driving to different appointments ( doctors, physical therapy, hair dresser, and fun activities), helping with personal care services (showering, dressing, providing medication), organizing medication in a weakly basis as prescribed, arranging appointments, doing errands, preparing meals, helping with groceries shopping, doing light laundry and light cleaning. Caring and helping a senior to provide an excellent quality of life for the person. Since I had my grandparents who I had to take care of them I like to watch movies, walking, and cook.
