Hi there! My name is Lainey and I thrive on routine, time with kids and fur babies, and love to help families! I'm a highly responsible, nurturing, and intuitive nanny focusing on organic educational instruction through child led play throughout your child's (children's) day. I am honest, dependable, fun loving and slightly quirky with the maturity of a 48-year-old but zest for life of an 4-year-old! I believe in truly immersing myself in the children's interests, positive rapport and thorough, effective communication and appreciate feedback to enhance my interactions with the children and family. I multitask very well, although I do like to focus on the children and feel nap times help me rejuvenate and do my very best for your littles. Sadly, I'm not much of a cook but can microwave with the best of them! ;). And don't ask about my singing, although most kids don't seem to notice. lol.
