I am an LPN, Medical Assistant, Home Health Care Giver (Including live-in care as a practical nurse) who enjoy taking care of people in their own homes. I have many years of experience caring for patients with Alzheimer's, and with Hospice care. I have also worked as a Nanny, as a Medical Assistant in medical offices, front and back office, as a personal assistant and assisted patients with their activities of daily living. I love animals; if a patient has animals, I view that as an added bonus. I am very caring, kind, compassionate, reliable, trustworthy and honest. It is about creating moments of happiness, so the patient can live the best life possible. My salary is negotiable depending on the number of hours, and what the job entails.

I highly recommend Elisa as very caring, experienced caregiver for your loved one. She is knowledgeable and a self starter that is able to handle any situation that may arise. I live out of state and needed care for my father with Alzheimers and other medical conditions. He was a very difficult patient to say the least but Elisa handled it wonderfully. She stepped in at difficult time and made my stressful times much easier. She is reliable, caring, safe, helped with care coordination, appointments, shopping, as well as caring for his beloved dog. She helped to create care charts and notebooks for the other caregivers to be sure everyone was giving the same level of care and communicating within the group. Elisa is a great asset for your loved ones care.
