About Elizabeth

Hi there! I'm a 36-year-old artist with almost 20 years of childcare experience under my belt. After undergrad I taught at a Montessori early childhood education center, at a Reggio Emilia school, and as a lead teacher for the 2-year-old class at a more conventional preschool center -- this means I'm terrific at potty training! I've also been a nanny for a diverse spectrum of families: blended families, special needs families, infants, toddlers, teens, etc., and have wonderful references. For the past 10 years I've focused on a career in project management and nonprofit operations, but currently I am hoping to find a family (or families!) that I can work with regularly so I can have more flexibility to spend time in my studio! I love working with all ages, babies to teens, and am grateful that my background in childcare, education, and the arts, has provided me with the opportunity to help guide young people towards their fullest, most wonderful potential!
