My professional training includes graduation from Greenbrier College with an Associate in Arts Degree, and I attended The Anne Arundel General Hospital School of Practical Nursing. I have been a Practical Nurse since 1973. I have acquired skills through working in Nursing Homes, Hospitals, and Home Health Care Agencies. My extensive experience includes caring for patients with conditions such as: Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, CVA (strokes), Heart Disease, Cancer, Cerebral Palsy, Seizures, Downs Syndrome, Manic Depressive Bipolar Disorder, and Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome. I've gained a great deal of satisfaction helping numerous people throughout the years, during their process of rehabilitation while optimizing their quality of life. I have received many compliments from patients, and family members regarding my caring and encouraging nature and by helping my patients meet all of their physical and emotional needs, thereby increasing their enjoyment of life.
