About Ella

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, thoughtful, empathetic! I like working with kids because I get the opportunity to help them grow from tiny humans into wonderful people. I love teaching kindness, compassion, and confidence in them! I'm looking for a job that is flexible with hours, being a college student and also in a sorority my schedule can be a hectic at times. I started working with kids when I was about 12 years old as a mommy's helper, then I moved on to larger babysitting roles throughout high school. Now that I'm in college I joined Kappa Delta a sorority which works with Girl Scouts to show young girls their value, worth and making them more confident! In my spare time, I like to dance! Whether it's dancing at a studio, on a stage, or in a living room having a dance party, I'm always dancing! One thing you should know about me is I'm very energetic and creative! My skills include patience, communication , and problem solving.
