I'd describe my personality as warm, nurturing, and dependable. I like working with kids because it brings me joy to support young minds as they grow. I enjoy building strong bonds with children as well as their families. In my college career ahead of me I am majoring in Elementary Education and Special Education so I look forward to involving myself with children in the future as well! I started working with kids when I was 14. I started as a mommy's helper, then a babysitter. And at 16 I got my first nannying job during the summer!

We highly recommend Ella! She has babysat for us for years, including nannying for us for 6 weeks over the summer of 2020. Our daughter absolutely adores her. Ella is very reliable, personable, and caring. Our daughter says she's really nice and never gets angry with her. She always has fun when Ella watches her.
