Ella is great! She watched our 3 under 6. She was very flexible with changing schedules due to work, entertained the kids creatively (including field trips), and handled sports to/from. She prepped meals as well. She has very even temperament that works well for young children or chaotic environment. She is good at reinforcing household rules as well. My kids love her!
