I'm a caring and experienced childcare provider with a passion for nurturing children's growth and development. In my 4 years of experience I've had the privilege of caring for children of all ages. For example, this past summer I was a full-time nanny for a family with 3 kids, ages 3, 6, and 9. I believe in creating a safe environment where children can learn, play, and grow. My patient, calm, and creative personality allows me to connect with children on a deep level. I use positive reinforcement and age-appropriate activities to engage children and encourage them to explore their interests. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules and routines to ensure a structured and harmonious environment. I prioritize open communication with parents and believe in keeping them regularly updated about their child's day. Whether through verbal communication at pickup, text messages, or phone calls, I adapt to the parents' preferred method of communication.
