About Emily

I have worked with children aged birth to 16 years. I worked at a private daycare center for 3 years. I recently graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in Special Education and Elementary Education, with minors in Early Childhood Education and Language Arts. I am certified highly qualified teacher. I have endorsements in the areas of learning disabilities and emotional impairments. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. I have had classroom experiences in preschools-high schools. I absolutely love working with children. Especially the early childhood aged children. I believe it is my job to provide them with the best care where they are safe and happy, as well as learning. I am a very compassionate and kind person and I truly care about the children I care for.
