I'd describe my personality as curious, confident, silly. I like working with kids because they are the smartest people here & open to the world in a refreshing way.. They're the funniest in the room too, by far I'm looking for work thats flexible, consistent/dependable. Would love to work for/with someone that is mutually beneficial (obv) and thats able to grow. I started working with kids when I was about 13, as a mother's helper. Since then, I've worked in nearly every capacity you can with all ages on a wide spectrum of learning styles - including developing, implementing and teaching various lesson plans & curriculum. In my spare time, I write (and do other crafts), teach improv comedy One thing you should know about me is I will respect you & your children, and treat them like they're humans? Also I am real silly, but set boundaries when necessary. And I love donuts. My skills include meeting the child where they are at, intuitive, years of experience (not scared)
