About Emily

I have 5 years experience working in a high school as a speech-language pathologist. I've also worked part-time at a local medical center with adults for a range of communication and swallowing impairments. I have experience working with people who are stroke survivors or have diagnosis of ALS, MS, or Parkinson's. I am interested in connecting with local families whose relatives could benefit from speech services and generalized care. Scheduling could include speech-only appointments 1-2x weekly or a combination of speech followed by 2-3 hours companion care to help practice and generalize those skills. My availability begins June 22 - August 24th during my summer vacation. I am not certified as a home health aide or PCA and cannot assist with activities of daily living, other than memory, communication and swallowing support.* Please contact me for more information and pricing information.
