About Emily

I graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, specializing in English as a Second Language. My journey in childcare began at the age of 15 when I started babysitting. Throughout high school, I was deeply involved with the daycare program at my church and served as a camp counselor for several years at a summer camp catering to children of all ages. I also worked at a camp for children with disabilities and chronic illnesses. During my college years, I dedicated my Sundays to a mentoring program for Kindergarten girls, further honing my childcare skills. After graduation, I became a live-in nanny in Paramus, New Jersey, caring for two wonderful children. In this role, I planned engaging activities across four different states for the 3-year-old girl and 5-year-old boy. I also planned and executed daily schedules including educational activities, playdates, and field trips.
