About Emily

Hi, my name is Emily! I recently moved to Ashland from the Akron area and am looking to rebuild my network of families needing a babysitter/additional support. I have my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Social Work, but am looking for additional jobs to earn a little extra income. I have over 10+ years of babysitting and caregiving experience, for children and adults of varying ages. Additionally, I have professional experience in a behavioral health school, where I developed social emotional learning curriculums and a positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS) program. I have a passion for planning daily activities that provide a fun and structured learning environment, while also providing companionship. I have reliable transportation and am comfortable transporting. I am CPR certified and although it was quite some time ago, had previously taken the American Red Cross Babysitters Certification class.
