About Emma

Hi! I'm a current college student (Illustration and Art Education major) with 4-5 years of experience teaching and working with any age from toddler to teenager. Currently working on my CDA certification for Preschool. During the weekdays, I am a substitute teacher at daycare centers- and I also am a former Aqua-Tots swim instructor! As a hopeful future Art Teacher, I'm always coming up with new fun and exciting projects and ways to play (and learn) with kiddos! I have experience working in day cares and schools alike, and have a great knowledge of learning expectations for kids of all ages. I'm a strong advocate for building strong, lasting relationships with families, and as such am willing to go above and beyond in my care. I'm a "clean as we go" type of person, so you never have to worry about messes left behind- and I'm always willing to go to extra lengths in cleaning or errand-running if needed!
