About Emma

I have a special ability to connect with children, and make them feel safe. In the summers between school years, I had long term nannying jobs. Children are my passion, and when I graduated high school in 2017 I took a gap year before college to travel to Bali and Costa Rica and work with/teach children. This was an AMAZING experience that I will always be grateful for. I am a 2022 graduate from the University of Washington with a major in communication and law, societies, and justice (LSJ). I nannied for a family I met on care. com for nearly 3 years during college and I love them dearly. I am happy to provide them as a reference. I started with their son when he was 3 and he is now 6 and I am still involved in their lives! When I graduated in June 2022 I moved to Spain for 1 year to teach English to elementary children. It was an amazing year working with kids ages 5-11. I am in the process of applying to get my master's in elementary education. Kids are my passion!
