About Emma

Hello! My name is Emma and I am a certified 5th-12th grade English/ Language Arts teacher. I have been teaching high school English for the past 6 years and I am also the leader of the Dance Club at my school. My passions include readings, sports and adventuring outside. I have experience nannying kids of all ages (from an infant to 8th grade). I have also worked with kids in all educational settings, starting as young as preschool. In my classroom I worked very hard to keep learning fun, creative and engaging. I made sure that the learning matched the needs of each individual child as opposed to the other way around. It is my goal to find each child's unique skill set and help them utilize these skills to feel confident and successful. With my experience, I am confident that I can keep your kid(s) safe, active, and always learning and growing. References available if needed!
